With a change in strategy leading to live broadcast of football matches from EPL, La Liga & Serie A on SS1 & 2 as well, Star Sports has now maximum live content throughout the week. It has grabbed all the major sports properties & is now miles ahead of its rivals. TEN with properties like UCL & WWE is now the only network which is giving some fight to Star which has otherwise been a one sided affair. While players like Neo are close to shut down, Sony Six does not have any other property besides IPL & FIFA World Cup which can challenge Star in the long run. So, do you think Star will single handedly rule the sports broadcast business in the coming days?
