Seeking Help Issue with Monthly Recharge

My calculation is
Thalaiva pack Rs.146.1
Colors Tamil hd Rs.8.26
Vijay hd Rs.22.42
Zee Tamil hd rs.22.42
Ncf Rs.62.99
Total Rs.262.1

Now whats wrong is The system considers that 262.1 plus 62.99(ncf) is Rs.325

Even if I changed only to ncf(153.4) as @masterji said
The system considers extra ncf(62.99)
And is rs.217

And the system considers 209 plus 62.99(ncf) is 271.99 (272 approx.)

No bro Nothing, but we didn't have any active jingalala offers, Don't know what the sh#t is Wrong, I tried to drop and add the same but its still showing high amount...

Earlier over few months back, i have faced same issue the amount is exactly as Rs.324 like yours....but that time their was an active jingalala offers for me...also at that time they charged me only for Rs 262 and not for Rs.324

Received 4 callbacks till today and everyone is trying to convince me that extra amount is the ncf amount .I dont think they will resolve our issues because they have no knowledge about the pack and amused to see the level they go to prove nothing is wrong from their end. extremely irresponsible behaviour from tp

Try adding only thalaiva pack ie without any add on.

after few minutes add the ala cartes and see if your problem is solved.
