No SD from broadcaster. Only HD. DTH or cable TV will downscale and show it in SD format. What you are seeing in your DTH or cable TV right now is the downscaled version of HD to SD only.

JAYA TV HD

Jaya tv logo is changed to jaya tv hd but it's sound or picture doesn't looks like a hd. Its playing old film so can't able to tell. It seems like it's pq slightly improved than before.

Bro, we cannot say it is upscaled or true HD unless we are seeing HD channel as HD itself. What we are seeing in DTH is already downscaled version.
