Yeah but TS is charging SD price only now. Eg. NGC HD is just rs.8 and star cricket HD is only rs.25 (before it was rs.40) and these are SD price of those channels if you check

seriously i dont think tata sky has added mtunes in hd, i think they have added mtunes hd demodulated in sd and airing it in wide screen aspect ratio by adjusting settings from decoder like they aired movies now earlier. . m tunes does not have resolution or sharpness matching a hd channels

Ya i agree, when i observed closely i could clearly see pix-elation. One can spot the difference if one switches between mtuneshd and sonyhd. Clearity of sony hd is the best among all hd channels. Also during india- england match on star crickethd, whenever the camera was zoomed there were small black cracked lines appearing on the screen. Clarity of star cricket hd has really deterioted
