no , dolby digital sound should only b given on channels which have dolby sound from broadcaster end. tata sky is already destroying sound of many h chs like sc hd, espn hd, zee tv hd by giving fake pseudo 5.1 sound

Yes on c band at IS 20 it's availble with two feeds, one is DD.

alacarte price is for the SD version not the HD channel. Tatasky now charges only the SD price as alacarte for all HD channels after the launch of HD access fee.
