I think its a good policy,as HD channels are much more expensive than their SD counterpart and for the price of the SD channel you are getting its HD feed too,assuming you have subscribed for HD access.

It will be good only if they don't charge HD access fee OR charge a nominal HD access fee.
Currently they will charge 100/- for 10-11 HD channels.
They will increase the price whenever they add more HD channels. :wall
Earlier subscribers are getting all HD channels in just pack price + 100, but now they will get lesser channel based on their respective pack with HD access fee of 100/-
