Nivin Pauly's Kayamkulam Kochunni To Start Rolling Soon.
Nivin Pauly, the young crowd-puller is all set to play the titular role, in the upcoming Roshan Andrews movie Kayakulam Kochunni. In a recent interview, Nivin confirmed that the much-awaited project will go on floors very soon.
Filmmaker Priyadarshan, whose latest in Malayalam is the Mohanlal-starrer Oppam, would make a film with Mammootty in the lead, soon.
As per reports, the director has not decided when he would start with the project, as he has quite a few projects lined up both in Malayalam and Hindi.
Sunny Wayne starrer Alamara, which was one of the major releases of the month of March made it to the theatres on March 17, 2016. Much was expected from the movie, as it came from the team of Ann Maria Kalippilanu.
Contrary to the expectations, Alamara failed to mark any impact on the viewers. The initial reviews for the film were largely negative and that surely affected the box office collections of the movie.
Now, according to the latest reports, Alamara managed to fetch just 3.90 Crores from its total run in Kerala, which is totally disappointing.

The Nivin Pauly movie has made a total gross collection of 1.97 Crores, from the 4th, 5th, and 6th days of its release, together. Sakhavu had made a decent opening at the box office, by making an initial collection of 2.75 Crores.
Take Off completed the 28 days of theatrical run, Take Off has made a total gross collection of Rs. 14.2 Crores from the Kerala box office alone. The team is yet to reveal the rest of India and outside India collections of the movie.

The total gross collection made by 1971 Beyond Borders, from the 11th to 16th days of its release together, is just 1.26 Crores. The Mohanlal movie had made a total gross collection of 5.14 Crores, within the first 10 days of its release.
