Mostly I watch 9x tashan and vh1, I feel big difference in pq and aq, ts is way ahead in terms of quality.

that's good that tata sky providing good pq in 40inch tv too because mainly quality tested in 40inch tv and i am also getting very good pq in my 32inch samsung led

I am using 40 inch LCD tv and SD channels PQ looking awesome but some HD channels PQ looking bad.:-/

Is the snap taken in ch 100 ? If yes then dish isn't aligned properly.
