my samsung crt 21 inch is fault

my samsung flat plano crt 21 inch tv from today morning only showing some colour lines but sounds are coming clear please help what is the problem?

Contact TV technician... CRT TV problems can be rectified easily by such technician... may be some capacitor leaky or any IC is damaged.

its a problem with color guns.

CRT TVs will have 3 color guns. U can see the picture only if all 3 guns work properly. If any one fails, this problem occurs. it could be a simple issue of soldering few wires on the guns. call a TV technician.
