NCF charges?

Is Zinger Super FTA box has NCF charges thing. For example, if I subscribe Sony HD with DD Free Air channels then do I have to pay NCF charges?

But I remember first 5 channels Rs5 only NCF charges beyond that Rs10,other members using this box can clarify. DDF Exclusive - Zing Super FTA NCF will now start from Rs.5
