Contact customer care and order original d2h LNB. Signal reception will be better than local LNBs. You will also get a few months warranty coverage too.

Go for any local dth dealer for any sharp brand. or d2h LNB , which will cost u between Rs.120 to 150 , price depends on u r location...

Few months back I replaced it by calling customer care. They took around 250-300 Rs. I dont remember exactly. They put new lnb and did alignment and all.

I have been calling Videocond2h for past 15 days for installation, they keep on saying within 24 hours they will send engineer. The managers in customer care also says 8 hours. After much followup i gave up. it looks like they have pathetic service. This company is under problems with icici bank loan scam.
