But I want hd recorder. Now it is not there in videocon. I accidentally booked hd in videocon and found that it is not hd recorder. So I asked customer care to cancel. They said they will cancel and refund within 3 days. Till now no reply from videocon .

Btw, I am airtel customer now. Because Something is better than "Known devil".

@Vikram, I did not receive my amount till now from videocon. It is worst experience. 20-Mar-2013 booked, 21-Mar-2013 cancelled the connection. Now 23-Apr-2013 .... For me videocon is worst and pathetic... I am from Chennai they are asking me to talk in Hindhi
