No signal

From last two days i cant get signals on my sd connection. I have the same problem twice in last month but get signal automatically after one day. So i waited. If anyone know the reason or solution pls share your valuable comments

1st check the cable connections, LNB and then Dish alignment. if its disturbed then realign .. I am using Sun Direct and no issues ..

i checked all. Signal strength showing only 3%. I thing that the problem due to lnb. My neighbours have also sd connections. But they havent any problem. But my confusion is how it automatically solved in last months

So no issues in LNB,Cable and connections .. Dish Alignment also perffect, then better to call Technician ..

I have a doubt. Can i have pause/frozen my acount till this problems end. If i pause my acount, then my validity increased or not
