If it is non stop pack you can not do anything,otherwise you choose channel thru web site,old pack will discontinue and new pack will start

Yes even when I spoke to customer care last sunday, executive said you can add channels at TRAI rate to non stop pack. But I am not doing so bcoz I am concerned if my family hd add on discontinue or if some other issue arise as if something happens executives will not help me in current scenario.

nick813 bro you should have deactivated Family HD pack before Trai rule last date as I also had same pack but I activated my required SD channels of Family Hd so that DishTV should not deactivate that pack or break my pack. If you add all channel cost in new regime Family HD you are getting for Rs100 will cost more than Rs250 if same channels are added al carte basis.Any way I tried to play safe game by activating SD channels one by one,so that seeing no or less loss to DishTV they may not touch or rectify my pack

This is what it says if I choose to change pack, so they are working on it.

I really hope they do allow complete channel and pack based ala cartes, with no extra NCF.
