Discussion Pack modify options not working on Tata Sky app after implementation of Box ID

Guys can u modify pack using myts app ? That page is not opening only showing some box id number.

Box id also showing on stb home page. I think it's new

They are implementing box id which is last 4 digit of card number. And disabled modify pack on app

I can change. I did just now. I did not confirm changes, just to check prices i did.

Neither view nor modify button working here of your subscription box . Only showing box id

my recharge was due yesterday & modify pack is different today than yesterday.

right now no problem with modify packs , works smoothly.

I am also getting same problem since today morning. Nothing happens when I Click on Modify or view button.

There are doing changes for selecting different packages on your multi TV's. Pack change is working properly on their website website.

All working fine for me, add, modify, remove everything working smooth.
