I got it unblocked after sending a mail to Mr. Khera. It seems only sending a mail to him gets work done at d2h. After several phone calls with their service centre they activated it.

Sorry Actually He's Not Dealer - He Is Our Area (Salem) Division Head, Now Only He Told Me In Phone Calmly With A Smile,

He Said - We Got Many Orders For UHD That's The Reason Delay In Installation And Your Installation Will Be Done By Night
