Has the 4K channel got activated on your stb? Did they tell you when it will get activated.

Also did you ask them about the rf remote feature which is not available on the 4k STB.

I think d2h will realise on Saturday when the first match starts that they have made a blunder by not adding SS HD4 as the English commentary with HD feed is only SSHD4 and not SS HD2!
