The reason for PT's removal in Arasu is baseless..

Those reasons are assumptions maybe & it's not official..

Carriage issue could also be a reason for this removal..

There is no single slot is vacant in prime band at all parts of TN..

When PT was removed from SCV , you people blamed SCV on Official statement only right...Till date you guys blaming SCV , even TDSAT given judgement in favour of SCV as PT not renewed its agreement...

Few months back, Vijay TV was also removed for carriage fee issue and back into slot soon..

PT is not removed in digital mode in chennai where carriage problem don't arise..

Hope PT will back in Arasu soon....

Vijay TV was removed not because of Carriage fee , it is because of difference b/w ACTV and Star Group over channel pricing.

Yesterday Puthiya thalaimurai TV has been shifted back to same place (S 14) in Arasu analog cable .

Any comments from those who were blaming Arasu for PT removal? The channel has been brought back within a few days, can we ever ever expect the same from its competitor?

Next time when any MSO removes any particular channel lets give them atleast 2 or 3 weeks time, learn more about their decision and then blame them. Lets not be partial to any particular MSO, lets together support those who try to really serve the public. Lets support Arasu and if they make mistakes lets raise our voice and help them create a truly by public and for public MSO.

Good that the channel is added again. But still arasu already destroyed all other mso in Tamil Nadu and soon will destroy other mso in Chennai as soon as they receive das licence. It is for sure. Later chennai lco will also raise their concerns as like other tamil nadu lcos.

All MSO's? Almost 90% cable tv connections across TN was under a single monopoly and it has been removed and Arasu took its place, the same would happen in Chennai too. But im glad that people will get access to all pay channels within an affordable cost.

They don't want new LCO's in their area, they want at-least 2 nearby LCO's permission even at the application stage for new operators, they don't want govt count the number of cable tv homes, they don't want ration shops to count the cable tv users, we exactly don't know what else they want and don't want.

Unless TN govt nationalizes private cable television network operations (as said by the TN Governor) and controls it via ration shops their complains would never stop.

Ya..They had complained when SCV rule entire TN..

They had complained when SUN DTH was started which provides cheaper rate services initially to loot cable subscribers..

Actually people have more complaints on them..

Most of them don't showing 25-30 channels in UHF band properly without enough amplifiers installed..

Only Arasu DAS service in TN can bring back LCO's customers from DTH..

If they want to run their business & don't want to loose their customers, they should provide good service at lesser cost than all DTH companies..Its the only way...

Similarly, when Govt rationalise Auto fare, Auto drivers had opposed that move..

Public friendly moves have been only opposed by certain people..

Puthiya thalaimurai TV did not completely blocked in arasu cable. few days ago the channel was changed to UHF frequency. I don't know what the reason.
Arasu cable TV offering 77 channels are available in good picture quality. Arasu cable TV is definitely helpful to people.

since because PT is back in network doesnt mean that they are unbiased. Let them get the DAS licence. Let them come to entire TN and see how they are going to kill the cable business. SCV also was doing this which is no difference from Arasu. all the channel shuffling will happen very soon with first few slots reserved exclusively for jaya network and the other channels supporting jaya. Even SCV was intially unbiased, The same people who are supporting arasu will say SCV was better than arasu.(im not a supporter of scv here)
