Seems Jio cinema may be shut down post merger and hotstar could stay as jio cinema annual subscription removed from app from the time of merger approvals and annual subscription stay on Hotstar..Also Hotstar heavily advertised by star for different events like BG series in Australia ..Purely my opinion
