Airtel will shift to HEVC for all boxes in the future and is not supporting old boxes now, eventually when most of the users will shift then they will broadcast in HEVC compression which gives better picture quality then mpeg4 compression for half the space. Right now we are getting mpeg4 picture on HEVC box.

The UI on your box is much easier to navigate and use. And I think the PQ is also great on it. So stick with it.

Play from USB is working now. I tried with a pen drive (8 GB). It wasn't recognized first as it was on NTFS format. I reformatted it in FAT32 format and it was recognized. Just finished watching a movie in mp4 format. This feature is very useful for me.

Ok, even my 1 TB hard drive is recognized and I could play from it. This is excellent.
