I beg to differ on this one @gssran bro.
Acc to me d stb can give caried results for only abt +/- 4 points.

I mean, a +7 is too much of a difference, for d stb to deviate from.

Now d freq is indeed 11680.
Everytime its scanning that freq only, whereas earlier, it was always 11687
