No. UTV HD is there to cater to the dubbed Hollywood audience + a selection of lesser-known Bollywood films. SGS HD has its own purpose. There is no overlap between these two but there may be an overlap with Star Gold HD.

Sony should launch a special channel like UTV action or an Mix of Bollywood movie and Hollywood dubbed content since they have a huge library of Universal pictures movies.

Aksar is with Star-UTV (Siddhivinayak creations)
Tom d*ck and Harry maybe with Colors Cineplex it was premiered on Sony
Waisa Bhi Hota hai part 2 not known
