So imagine every year 3 to 4 blockbuster movies.even 1000 crore deal with akki for 3 , 4 years is total bargain imo

Finally Sony Max Got A Movie Of Akshay Kumar After Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobara(Renewed By Star In November 2020). Tashan Is The Last Movie Of Akshay Kumar With Sony Currently

Side note: This is Vaani Kapoor’s first film outside YRF. However, of her previous movies, War is with Star and the others are with Sony.

As mentioned this is a big acquisition for SPN, which has otherwise had very underwhelming titles in 2021 such as Tuesdays & Fridays and Time To Dance. The Akki star power is huge and a welcome boost for Sony Max.

I have no idea though why the movie is releasing on a Tuesday (27 July). I have never heard of movies releasing on a Tuesday.

Bro you misunderstood me, i meant that tashan is last movie of akki which sony has got in terms of release year. Rowdy Rathore and Once Upon A Time In Mumbai Dobara were the last 2 movies of akki with sony in terms of release year but both are with star now

Star always has the best year. But South King Sony has been dethroned by Zee this time with Master, Krack , Chakra snd to top it all RRR all of the notable South Indian Releases of this year are with them
