Both movies Run time 3 hours
But Udaya TV Telecasted 2 hour 30 minutes
I watched 30 minutes adds
Chowka movie 1 hour important scenes and songs trimmed only 2 hour movie Telecasted

I don't know about other markets. I am specifically talking about Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam. Kannada market has always been a mixed spot for Sun. Colors is the best Kannada network afterwards its Suvarna, Zee and Udaya

Every movie channel situation in brief like
Sony : South movies but good ones most of them. Sizeable classic films. Overdependence on Allu Arjun hits like DJ and Sarrainodu (great TRP numbers) and yes Sooryavansham and Aamdani Atthani Kharcha Rupaiya.
Zee: Lot of good movies lots of them but sd pq is pathetic. &xplorHD and &pictures are better channels in the Zee bouquet. Zee Bollywood is too good. Zee cinema and Zee anmol cinema are too bad.
Star: The channels are best in terms of everything but some movies llike the recent ones are repeatedly shown a lot of times more than sooryavansham frequency on Max like Stree, Judwaa 2. This problem is also evident in Star's regional channels like Vijay, Maa, Asianet, Suvarna etc
Colors: they have some of the biggest blockbusters in their belt but the problem and overdependence on South Indian content is evident. Except CCV(Chekka Chivaantha Vaanam) colors Cineplex has no good content in South movies as well.

Colors is the worst. Before TRAI new tariff. They were airing their bollywood library on MTV and Cineplex HD.. After new tariff they removed movies from MTV and brought dubbed movies to Cineplex HD. But some of the dubbed movies like Petta and Dashing CM Bharat are better than Goldmines dubbed on Sony.

There are only few movies on Colors which are good. Bharat Ane Nenu had 2 different dubs. Petta was sold to colors. Ccv is also a good movie but other movies on colors are bad. With a movie like Kadaikutty Singam which was a hit they did a really pathetic job. Goldmines give space to their dubbed films. Maari series especially is very popular in Maharashtra due to its perfect dubbing. Tik tik tik is also a huge winner for goldmines being the first space film in India.

Zee has stopped buying telugu movies temporarily can Zee network stop here as well so that other channels get their due.They have so much movies that they should put a break and focus on Zee Studios movies for a period of time Btw Zee has done that during 2007-11 where they only bought a handful of movies mostly due to their deals (Kambhakt ishq, double dhamaal Mukta arts movies etc)

In South Asianet and Sun TV network never Stopped buying Big or small movies
All other channels stopped some years back buying movies for 6 months and some channels for 2 to 3 years
In Kannada Star Suvarna and Zee kannada not acquired any movies for 2 years some years back

Looks like Sushant Singh Rajput's Drive not Releasing in theatres
Drive directly Streaming On Netflix or prime video

Star is telecasting the No1 series almost every week. Yesterday Coolie No 1 on Movies Ok today Hero No 1 on Star Gold and Aunty No 1 on Star Utsav movies Is the no 1 series going from Star to some other network?
