How UTV movies telecast movies? Do it have right to telecast all movies of utv production? While major networks buy their movies for bigger price, how it is fair to telecast it in utv channel. Eg Dangal,Abcd etc.( Feels like simultaneous coverage of cricket matches by doordarshan with private networks)

Zee is shining on all generes. They are slowly capturing Star's dominance over indian television.While star go busy with sports zee is more utilized it.

Most of the films are shared with Viacom18. But some Viacom18 films (e.g., Bajirao Mastani) are not allowed to air on UTV Movies. And some films (Ek Paheli Leela, Jagga Jasoos) can air only on UTV Movies and not Rishtey Cineplex.
Dangal is with Zee and not UTV.

Most of the films produced by UTV (e.g., PK, Dangal) are with other networks and they don't air on UTV Movies.

Absolutely true. These days, almost all the big blockbusters are with Zee Cinema. Star has an exclusive deal with Ajay Devgn and Hrithik Roshan (like it had with Salman Khan before). But Zee now has almost all the important movies.

Also Zee is having strong international presence now. It's taking Indian shows abroad and tasting success. It's Zee World is number one in Zambia and have strong presence in Nigeria. It has also created it's own sub network of lifestyle channels under " living" brand. Living Foodz is the market leader in the genre. Media business is also very successful now, with Zee news the clear leader in urban market. Star had already lost its position to Zee in Tamil abd Bangla regional market, as well as National Hindi entertainment market.

After selling TEN cluster channels to Sony Zee has improvised remarkably well. They bought very high budget movies from this money. Also they bought SONY PICTURES movies as well as part of their agreement.
