This is from 2009. Sony Sab used to show classic movies on Sunday evenings. I remember Chacha Bhatija and Amar Prem for example. This completely stopped in 2016.

But it seems the UK feed still shows classic movies.

Bro B4U deal with Zee only. They sold some movies to Goldmines Telefilms. Those films are on Sony Channels

In this Ismart Shankar, Jersey, GJG were hits. Rest others were flops. Nenu Naa Rakshasi is a good film but I don't know why It didn't run

They do not fetch high ratings but i strongly feel disney/star and sony should add a secondary classic movie channel in bouquet. It can operate with low profit margin or Profits from other chs can offset its losses just like zee is managing Zee Classic. Older Generation or even younger fans needs 2 or 3 such chs

Even zee classic don't air black & white movies, that was the reason it was renamed as zee bollywood, but after heavy backlash zee classic relaunched again, I mostly watch english movies nowdays but I like old black & white movies especially of Dev saab , I am fan of old songs,old songs lyrics were really mesmerizing
