Star Entertainment might b owning satellite and would have sold it to zee. Zee and T Series have a long standing dispute since last 15 years hence if T Series takes a decision to sell satellite rights of a movie or enter in a long term agreement with broadcasters for its movies then zee will never be part of that list unless in near future they mend their relationship by amicably resolving the concerned issues

No bro. Star India used to have rights of all Sunil Doshi films but same has expired about 7 or 8 years back. Even Bheja Fry 2 rights have expired from star disney about 4 years back, it was produced by a different banner and star india most probably bought the satellite rights via shemaroo
