For me Dunki was better than Pathan and Jawan

Dunki was weakest movie of Hirani....I personally enjoyed pathan.

Now I am feeling that yrf may exit star because they are not renewing their films and somehow repeatations have increased because from new films only pathaan and mardaani 2 have worked for them rest all flopped on tv and tiger 3 is also getting aired in watershed hours even war didn't worked after initial airings but don't want yrf to exit star because they are managing their movies much better than Sony and star is best for Hindi movies and no other network is having such a big Bollywood audience base hopefully they don't exit

Weakest was Sanju .Total propaganda movie, people like Sanjay Dutt don't deserve biopic, Dunki do have seperate fan base though commercially not as successful as 3 id*ots or Munnabhai

Weakest was Sanju but expectations from dunki was very high I feel if VVC would have been associated with dunki then it would have been the level of Munna Bhai 3 id*ots pk

Do agree with you, it doesn't have that charm of 3 id*ots/pk/Munnabhai but some comic scenes are my favourite, it's a one time watch for sure, can't be viewed multiple times like 3 id*ots though

In 2019 Disney-Star acquired yrf from sony except war and pathan no other movie worked. As far as I know about disney-star if a movie didn't worked they will discontinue deal with particular banner like earlier they did with NGE films, ADF and SKF. So might be yrf will exit disney-star soon.

No Bhai even tubelight viewership was in crores on premiere even tanhaji did well in its initial screening and nge except tadap all films worked for them it depends on when agreement is ending and which network is paying them high price Zee must be paying higher than Star that's why they moved to Zee which star didn't find suitable to pay warna they had hugely successful partnership with all 3 of them with Ajay they had deal with 2017 only but they extended the contract till 2020 in this time he had films like action Jackson shivaay baadshaho but they also did well in initial airings

Off topic- in this thread some 1 is defending sony and some 1 is defending disney-star that's OK choice matters. But am not fan of zee or any other network also am not defending zee. People who born in early before 80s and 90s for them zee cinema is an emotion which launched in 1994-95. Sony launched set max n 1999 as sports channel later it became sports and movie channel wtps was premiered on Sony tv. Star gold launched in 2000 as classic movie channel. Most of the classic movies was with Star gold like navketan films, prakash mehra films and guru dutt films and many more.. but sad thing is they didn't promote channel very well. Wtps was premiered on star plus. In 2002 star gold started airing mix 80s 90s and some new movies in 2006 star gold and set max converted in to satellite movie channel. From 1995 to 2006 from portable size black n white TV to 43 inches LCD tv zee cinema ruled whole tv industry. Yes I agree that zee cinema has bad picture quality compared to Sony and star. But as 90s kid I feel no other broadcaster can to compared zee cinema. @JollyLNB, @Ethan 2023 and @Mudasir 4K ur opinion on this.

Jawan, no, but Better than Pathan? Hell yes, Pathan was a comeback film for SRK after 5 years, and that's why it earned so much, but Pathaan was not a well made film, Jawan was a lot better as compared to story development, charecter building etc...

3 big banners exited from Disney-Star. I don't agree it happened because of agreement. Same happened in 2017 and 2018 tips films Dharma Productions was exited from Disney-Star after repeating of this films.
