Discussion Satellite rights of Hindi movies

The recent ones like Hichki, and films from 2014 won't go to Star. Sony is showing on repeat mode since these are actually garnering them ratings. Kunal Kohli ones are definitely moving to Star and so will Aditya Chopra directorials.

In 2014 YRF had 7 movies of which one is Tamil/Telugu (Aaha Kalyanam). The others are Gunday, Bewakoofiyan, Mardaani, Daawat-e-Ishq, Titli and Kill Dil. None of these except Gunday are very popular. Surely these should go to Star.

As far as Adi Chopra is concerned, RNBDJ, Mohabbatein and Befikre might move but DDLJ is definitely staying with Sony.

Sony yesterday showed sarbjit at 10 am, today they are showing, tumhari sulu at 4:15 pm, batla house at 11:15 am,. Sony definitely giving good time to T SERIES movies even more now. And from last few months they are regularly giving good time to Chak de India at 8:45 am slot also as they are doing it today also

Many films of yrf in not playing in sony from many years like neil n nikki pyar impossible thoda pyar thoda magic daawat e ishq rocket singh bachna ae haseeno tara rum pum hum tum bunty aur bubly jhoom barabar jhoom aja nachle laga chunari mein daag Mere yaar ki shaadi hai yeh dillagi befikre ladies vs ricky behl aurangzeb band bajaa baarat dil bole hadippa badmaash company etc etc....

Those movies are shown at either 1 am slot or 7 am slot

Sony max HD has started to show more bollywood movies now, today they are showing love aaj kal at 6:40 am, chak de India at 8:40 am, batla house at 11:15 am,, tumhari sulu at 4:15 pm, and murder at 11:30 pm

Nayak is constant since Zee aired it regularly plus I think phir hera pheri and welcome are also going to get constant airings on Sony after their shift plus YRF entirely won't leave Sony only some movies will go that is upon Aditya chopra. BTW Sony has still strong relationship with YRF

Yesterday YRF Movies Like Dhoom 3 Was Aired On Max And Fanaa And Dhoom Were Aired On Max 2 . Even Today Lamhe, DDLJ ,Bunty Aur Babli Are Going To Be Aired On Max 2 . So I Think These Movies Are Definately Moving To Star
