Buddy u did not understand the facts i stated in wholesome manner. Sony Max is doing good in rural, urban, overall belts too but gap b/w them and star is less in urban so which means bollywood movies r providing edge to star here. Mr Majnu is again a film premiere getting channel spike in viewership which again contributes majorly to pump up ratings. Still there is vast audience who do not have pay tv subscription but watch mostly bollywood movies as u can see with Z Anmol Cinema ratings so if star/disney is able to reach out to them then soon they will b able to match or overtake sony max

I think star utsav movies and star gold select should become a free channel. Also they should be available on every dth and cable platforms.
