Discussion Satellite rights of Hindi movies

I think it's shared De Dana Dan still available on Hotstar website version.
Satellite, Digital rights r diff things.... On many occasions for same film these 2 rights r with diff entities. Also maybe digital rights r yet to expire which is why hotstar still has it
For recent releases, Digital = Hotstar necessarily means Satellite = Star but not the other way around. But for old movies it is strange to see Hotetar keep digital rights while Zee has taken the satellite.
Bhoothnath Moved To Star In Jan 2021 But Its Digital Rights Are Still With Sony LIV Though Sony Channels Aren't Airing It. So I Think In The Same Way, De Dana Dan's Digital Rights Will Be Hotstar Though Its Satellite Rights Have Changed To Colors

Talking about Mughal-e-Azam only, nothing else as of now.

Star/disney mostly has both satellite and digital rights but since last year or so they let go digital rights of new as well as old films either bcoz of monetary reasons or satellite success of some films being better than digital run. These days its difficult & costly to acquire bundled rights... Producers prefer selling them separately
