Screen Stuck At Scanning Satellite ST2

Videocon helpline tells a support guy will visit and would be charged 150 for what is not my fault. What to do?

Reboot the device...it might resolve the issue

Done that. Earlier in morning same screen flashed twice and service resumed both times. But now rebooting or switching off, taking power cord off or switching direct connection from electric line also not working.

So Currently whenever you turn on stb the scanning will start and at 100% it got stuck, am I correct...? :huh

Keep the device on and refresh it by calling customer care...

Bro try to reset STB using the button at the back side of STB...
