Then @mgparmar18plus bro must not be aware of availability of service code even though he is a long term customer of them. This is surely some maintenance activity went wrong i also believe that.

Maybe service visit has not happened at his end or he did not attend to it in recent past. Yes, backend team must be testing or performing checks on something or fault must have cropped up in equipment or system
 
now the wrong cust I'd and rmn details removed from menu option currently showing blank but not showing correct cust I'd and rmn, anyone know how to show it.
 
Same thing happened for 2 to 3 hrs , msg showing service engineer visit...
Too much irritated.
 
This issue doesn't exist on Xstream Box.
 
Again popup msg shows 2 mins Back
