No lol. Signals restored to 14 db. And the weather is same as it was sometime ago when the signal was 0db

Its an issue from the headend side I feel.

My LNB is just 2 years old SAT CR and is in good condition

Not sure what tataplay is doing. Earlier vh1 hd was on gsat30 with 14+ db mer. Then the signal dropped completely. I did all kinds of troubleshooting and gave up. Now the channel is moved to gsat24 and signal is back. So yeah, your conclusion sounds correct.
