Error Text : Foreground Download

What is meant by this information?

Then why it isn't downloading it.

I have tried to manual update it, but it stuck at 0% only.

Dont try to update it manually again and again it can harm your STB after some time,
If your STB will find any update, It will automatically boot the software installer to install it.
