Bought New Tata Play HD HS3C05 Full Set

Hi All, My ODU and LNB are broken, so opted for a new connection with a full cashback offer of 3000.

I received Metal Box HS3C05, Serial no stats with 44xx. I was previously using NAVYA 3.

My Observations:

• Manufactured by Flextronics in Dec 2023. Model: HS3C05
• Picture Quality Same as Navya 3. But no lagging when changing channels
• Favorites only 50 instead of 100. Navya 3 had 100 favorites (that is the disadvantage)
• No Dolby branding like Navya 3 in Box backside, EPG, Settings, etc including the Cardboard Box. I think going forward, this will be the case for all HD boxes. No more DD, DD+ symbols. But Dolby Audio will work.
• Font style also older style like panna.. Software version: 402

Yes. Sound settings has only PCM and Auto mode.

For 3000, I got the full kit and that money was added fully to Tata Play Balance. I can see that in the mobile app. I opted for Tamil Thalailva HD pack which is 229, it will come for 13.5 months, and amount will be deducted on daily basis
