Achieving 1000 crore plus net profit without any south presence is the definition of not doing good. Sony gec is struggling for almost last 4 years. One reason is you can get everything on sony liv & youtube. But sony sab is doing good. For movies genre, every network is struggling be it south movie channels or hindi or any other language. In South many movies are put on hold because they are not getting neither satellite nor ott deals.

Yes, but Sony did right by terminating merger as merger was at high risk due to zee. But Zee assets were valuable for them specifically movies and regional.
In future if goenka family quit zee then Sony will try to merge with zee I think. What's your opinion.

Yes you are right but Sony always hesitate to invest more money I think. They should stand by itself by launching regional channels and improving their ott platform Sony liv and also need to do major improvement in marketing, their reach is very low in terms of marketing btw they make amazing promos and campaign but their reach is low. Let's see what Gaurav Banerjee will do I hope he will make SPNI strong so that they can compete with Star Viacom and tech giants. Give your opinion what do u think.

Sony must include crunchyroll in Sony Liv instead of separate crunchyroll india as amazon prime addon. Prime recently adding anime to their service. Sony pictures must think about that. It will help both platform.
