Really mysterious things are happening with that GSAT 10. On one side Testing is going on but on the other side news coming that Gsat 10 has been put to non-DTH use

yeah where from the V tps are coming its a biggest mystry :s

Still there is no official comfirmation from isro or ts that gsat is used.i still belive that the v tps are from insat itself.
