'Hd only' doesn't mean premium channel..ad- free channels are premium channels..

When a channel has some exclusive content to show on al-a-carte basis only... then it can be termed as premium.

Like SWP HD is a premium channel though it shows ads. They have exclusive international studios content with nearly same time as it broadcasts in other countries. This channel only available as al-a-carte.

SMS HD is more likely MN+ as it should be available in some base packs.

When you are comparing swp hd with sms hd...swp hd shows content at the same time that telecast in us.this made them premium channel..if you want to say similarly, then sms hd also has to show the movies on the day itself when the movies will release in theatres..but it is not the case.

Exclusive content won't make a channel premium..its depends upon time at which period it is showing..SMS hd will show the movies which were not shown in other channels..either the movie is from last year or before last year..so there is no need to call them as special channel..
