What's the relation between fox crime & SMS HD ?

sms hd is using fox crime license.. so the two channels cant be available at the same time...

then how they started the channel a month back on c band of IS 20,
As I seen on c band too channel shows epg name of licence holder channel not original,
Like "Subharti" for "Best Deal TV"
"Fatafati" For "Big Deal TV"
"Fight Sports" for "Star cj2"
And many more are there.

no ,not in that sense bro... I mean it will be illegal to provide fox crime on some dth/mso when sms hd is also officialy started on other dth/mso...

they can have the channel running on their satellite, but it cant be distributed in the country...

But why others are not doing the same,
Like "WOW Cinema" launched with two logos & epg name as "TV Punjabi" too with "WOW"
Still "Best Deal TV" Showing Subharti" logo on right bottom,
Now point is if MIB allowed the name change then why these channels still using two logos,
Even channels added on many Platforms already,

Runing two channels on one licence is illegal on c band too,

Or may be counted as illegal for fta channel & not for paid one.

That is what the issue is. STAR needs to make sure Fox Crime is removed from all platforms before launching SMS HD.

Maybe contractually there are some problems pulling Fox Crime from D2H and other carriers where it is still running.

If "Star Movies Select HD" using "Fox Crime" licence then epg name needs to be "Fox Crime" on c band,
But it's "Star Movies Select HD" from start,
Then it's a clear case of violation of govt rules ?
Am I correct ?
