Star Plus to introduce finite mini-series fictions

According to IWM Buzz, the popular channel is working on a strategy of “going premium” with short finite concepts, consisting of 26 episodes per series.

A source told the publication, “The idea is to compete directly with the high premium quality content available on popular digital platforms. Star Plus has reached out to multiple producers for the mini-series concepts, and has already started commissioning few concepts.”

They used to do finite before; weeklies were really nice..
But like Qayamat Ki Raat, Divya Drishti all have extended above 26 which I fear will happen will them as well
