Star Sports HD1 get stuck

Star sports HD1 gets stuck time to time in my videocon decoder and resume the video in slow motion. I checked the signal quality and which has more than 75%. Is this a common issue?

Before download I'd 29 both signals r green after upgraded to download i'd 29 signal quality in green but signal strength is white 4 me? How can I do? Pls give solution
