Seeking Help Stb doesnt turn on

I did get the software upgrade window by pressing the menu button but when i try to update the software it restarts again. I tried it many times but it wont update the software and restarts.

ur STB should be replaced i think.No other option.try to give it in any service center or electronic shop nearer.

contact dish customer care and change the box

I dont live in india so that's not an option for me. I have to find a way to get it fixed.
