Strange message in d2h.

yesterday around 6:27 pm when i was watching crime patrol in sony (lcn 109) i noticed a message in a black bar . the message was "poor signal".
the weather was good that time ( i mean no clouds). even in rainy days that type of message do not appears .. i saw it very first time in my expireince with d2h from dec 2009 .

anybody any idea??? what was that...
