ok.we will appoint a 4 member committee to submit a report on this subject.the committee will give their report on or before 31st july,2014. Then the decision will be taken to add the new prefix 'copied news'

yes.That would be better.But don't put breaking news tag because it is already broke by some one.it is just an update.

Well i think any new news is Breaking news for certain forum if its posted 1st in that forum... y should we take what other forum news as 1st in ALL Forums ? Many members r even dont know few other forums.. many times even i didnt check other forums .. so how can i treat as its not new ?
every forum is on its own .. so no need to check what posted when it posted in other forums..

Dear that doesnt matter who break 1st and where he posted.. There r many news break 1st here but many forums post them as Breaking news even after few days but many knows who break that news 1st .. still its considerd as Breaking news.. thats fair too according to those forum posts .. Its breaking news in that certain forum surely .. As i said every forum is on its own .. every news posted 1st in that certain forum is Breaking news .. if any one doesnt add
Breaking News" in prefix then it depands on that member itself..

nowadays i am very lazy to scan the STB for every second, i know what will be going to happened today but waiting for someone broke the news first and then continue my posts.

it is easy to me and also encourage the enthusiastic peoples. :-/
