Now I am sharing my review here. Basically I was in a dilemma between three Tata Sky HD, Airtel Digital TV HD & Dish Tru HD. But I chose Tata Sky HD over all the three. Here are some simple reasons:

1. Tata Sky providing best service in terms of its stb, recharge, package etc.
2. Tata Sky providing 2 Actve Services Free for Lifetime - Actve Darshan & Actve Doordarshan. In Airtel all i services are chargeable. Even iDarshan is RS 17 p.m., Dish TV does not offer any service like Darshan Active. They previously used to have Bhakti Active but that was removed.
3. Jalsha Movies very popular Bengali Movie Channel is available on Tata Sky but not on DISH TV.
4. Tata Sky providing Universal remote . Airtel also has it but I dont know whether DISH TV has it or not.
5. Tata Sky's exclusive cricket pack providing both Star Cricket & Neo Prime where as Airtel's exclusive cricket pack only providing Star Cricket. Both priced at RS 250 p.m.
6. Then Tata Sky gives the choice to have all the three Bengali + Odia + Assamese. Where as in Airtel you can have any two of these.
7. Airtel's HD monthly price is RS 175 p.m. where as in TS it is RS 100 p.m. only. DISH Tru HD does not offer alacarte service in HD Packs. Minimum Pack price in case of HD in DISH TV is 399 p.m. which is too costly.
8. Tata Sky providing live darshans from many popular shrines of India . No other DTH does this.
9. In Airtel DD -Bangla not available on full screen. But I need DD -Bangla in full screen. In DISH TV DD -Bangla EPG not available.
10. Tata Sky providing MGM my favourite English Movie Channel just @ RS 9 p.m. with any pack.
11. Neo Prime & Neo Sports available on Supreme Sports Kids Pack @ RS 300 p.m. in TS but in Airtel both these channels available only on Magnum Pack @ RS 563 p.m. which is too costly.
12. Tata Sky also provides exclusive service - Actve Music which I like very much.

My review of Tata Sky is that it is very good. The picture clariity is awesome, which I am going to share soon, so is the sound quality. 12 Awesome HD Channels experience. Dhamaal Cricket Music Pack best pack with Star Cricket & Neo Prime both.

Except French open two months back I haven't remembered a single live event on Neo network. After Sony Six and Trace Sports Neo Network is a real useless network :angry AirTel is offer Ten Network instead of Neo Network and everyone here knows very well that after Star Network Ten Network is covering maximum events. Ten Network is only a part of Mega Package in Tata Sky where as, in Airtel Digital it is even available in 175 Rs package.

7. Airtel's HD monthly price is RS 175 p.m. where as in TS it is RS 100 p.m.

Well, from my view, if U get nothing useful in 100 Rs then U should better pay 175 and get some good channels at least worth to watch. In AirTel 175 Rs HD Package U are getting 15 true HD channels where as in Tata Sky in Grand Sports HD package which is of 410 Rs U will get 12 True HD channels :wall

10. Tata Sky providing MGM my favourite English Movie Channel just @ RS 9 p.m. with any pack.

MGM addon is available in 8 Rs in AirTel Digital.

11. Neo Prime & Neo Sports available on Supreme Sports Kids Pack @ RS 300 p.m. in TS but in Airtel both these channels available only on Magnum Pack @ RS 563 p.m. which is too costly.

I am really thankful to AirTel Digital for not charging us in base package for these two rubbish channels and I recommend U the same to demand Ten Network instead of Neo Network from Tata Sky if U really want to enjoy maximum sports events.

Note: if U conduct a survey about Tata Sky as a very costly DTH then U can have a clear views of this forum users that how much costly Tata Sky is in price and in return offering the number of channels against that much money :wall

I agree with U that Ten Golf is a useless channel and do not worth 200 Rs but no DTH is offering it in any base package. It's a user choice whether or not they pay for that useless channel. All cricket events are live on Ten Cricket. It covers maximum events of cricket after Star Cricket. Also how many Indian prefer to watch Bangladesh, Newzeland or Kenya match? Ten Action may be useless for U if U don't like football but may be useful for some people who like to watch football all the times. As Airtel subscriber I have choice to add Neo Network addon whenever I want and after that I can remove it after Asia cup. As per my view, we need those channels in base package which covers maximum events because we can add and remove addon for a single live event for a channel which show nothing in whole year :angry
