What are the Chances now of upgrade as I have put a request for Tata play HD plus pvr box just 2 days before, customer care said they will send tecnician for the upgrade but no response and now I see tata play have removed the upgrade options for pvr on their website

There is no chance for pvr box mostly they will launch binge box new version or binge Internet based box without cable requirement

This box support dd+.but customer care told that setting sound to PCM mode not dd+mode . Tata play recommended only PCM sound mode
