I guess you are getting NA in place of sub I’d
It will take time or the next time you make changes in the account it will get updated

That not going to happen. TP know exact number of box, they never let booking exceed than no. of upgrade box.

I have placed the upgrade request yesterday and my secondary hd box upgraded to HD + box today. Old universal lnb changed to Super Lnb 2.0 with splitter

Friends for me also they have given Refurbished LNB

l object engineer to place above type lnb. He took all back. l complained on TP twitter. Now waiting for new lnb.
