Raised the request for Upgradation on Saturday, but still not assigned the job to anyone. Complaint made to CC, they said yesterday by today it will be done, but still no call from the technician.
CC had called 2 times though.
Earlier, customers did not want to install Tata Play HD+ PVR, hence dealers and distributors not billing this set-top box. Now due to a sudden increase in upgrade requests, orders for set-top boxes are being placed, hence it is taking time to upgrade at some places.
