He should if he don't want to get penalized....i have mailed nodal officer regarding delay(unavailability of stb at nearest dealer)in my Upgration, with in sometime nearest dealer contacted me and said "please don't call/mail them...i will have to loose money(around 1800)". Don't know it's true or not..My 2 Upgration requests may complete tomorrow.

Yes nodal officer team is very fast in working style

I raised request yesterday and installation completed today
The main thing I observed is TataPlay technicians are like olden days they are wearing uniform ,professional with good behaviour I hope tataplay maintain this standards as they are again started increasing prices
